Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like a different color, size, or replacement item, please contact our customer support team before returning your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
This may include:
- Heavily used kitchen tools
- Items damaged after delivery

Refund Process
