I love the quality feel of these knives. The handles are solid and very ergonomic, which is excellent if you have a lot of chopping to do. The assortment of blades and the included serrated steak knives are wonderful. The block looks elegant and works great. I enjoy the ergonomic fit of the handle when using these knives. They are super sharp, look great, and are dishwasher-friendly. What more could you want with a busy family that loves to cook?

I’m not a knife person, so I really don’t know how this set compares to more expensive knives. I do know that I like knives that are either all metal or at least full tang. Currently, I have some serrated knives that are fine, but the serrations are pretty big teeth, which isn’t ideal for some circumstances. I also have some non-serrated knives that are OK, but they don’t cut some things as well as they should, and a few of them have tips that have been broken off. I decided to get these to see how they would do.This is a full set of knives, not just some steak/utility knives. It comes with a heavy knife block, a sharpening steel, scissors, and an assortment of knives. The steak knives and the bread knife are serrated. The rest of the knives are not. These knives are full tang, though not all metal as they have nylon handles riveted on, which gives them a comfort, anti-slip grip. The knives are dishwasher safe, which is a big reason why I chose this set over some other, more expensive knives. While a chef’s knife that had to be hand-washed would be OK, I didn’t want to have to hand-wash the steak knives.I couldn’t say how well these knives will hold an edge over time (though you can sharpen them, of course), but out of the box they seem pretty sharp. Beautiful knife Set made of high-quality materials. The package says the blades are made of German steel, so I assume their durability will be good. Easy to use and beautiful to leave in your kitchen counter although not sure if that is a good idea if you have kids. I enjoyed using them to cook. Very sharp. I hope this review was helpful.
