Works very well, doesnt show deep cuts like some other boards will after the first few uses. Veey easy to clean as long as you maintain the natrual oils in the wood. Very sturdy when say flat, but transporting it as one piece is very difficult as the boards tend to slide out of place with too much movement.
They are beautiful. They clean up and dry easily and ready to go back in the rack. When I read all the horrible stories about plastic cutting boards I started looking for something safer. I love the fact that you can wash the bamboo and not feel worried about bacteria being left behind. Plan to purchase another set as a wedding present.

This was a housewarming gift and she loves them. They looked very lovely in her kitchen. She already had fresh bread from the Farmers Market on one of them waiting to be cut!

Nice set but the smallest cutting board is basically aesthetic as it is so small

Edit: After posting my review the seller reached out and offered me a full refund. Perhaps I just received a defective product. I'm adding two more stars because customer service is amazing!I really wanted to love these! I did love the stand but I'm glad that I kept my old board that I've had for a couple of years because I've had these about 2.5 months and only used them a handful of times and they're all cracked right down the middle. I hand wash and dry, too. The two smaller ones I've only used maybe twice each, while the large one I've probably used less than ten times. All 3 need to be trashed because the wood is split. I know how to care for cutting boards and I usually use them for awhile, but these are weak. I'm giving two stars only because the stand is nice, the price was good and the shipping was prompt. Otherwise, I do not recommend these, because they don't last even if you're good to them.

But when they arrived, I was so impressed with how beautiful and well-made they looked that I ended up keeping them for myself. I even ordered another set for my grandson, and he had the same reaction—and that was before either of us even used them.After putting them to work in my kitchen, I’m even happier with the purchase. They clean up easily, and a little mineral oil brings the grain out and keeps them looking new. I also like that they’re more eco-friendly and naturally antibacterial compared to plastic boardsI’ve already bought a third set because they’ve become my go-to gift.
