I bought the stainless steel flat Work cult set. It absolutely does not look black. It looks like a dark chrome but definitely not black. it has weight and is a good quality. But I wanted black.

The color is perfect and you can use them in the dishwasher. Doesn’t affect them either.

Personally i really like the look of these utensils. My wife does not like them, so I got them to take to work and I use them fore my lunches. They look like they are gunmetal. I think they are sleek. My only complaint is that I do not love the spoons. They have no depth. They seem flat. That’s it, everything else about them I like a lot. The steak knives are average. They perform like most. They are not super sharp, but it gets the job done. I like the feel of them, the weight. I think they are reasonably priced. It is a good deal, for me. My wife diasagrees.
Very nice Silverware set. Especially for the price I paid for all of these. I absolutely Love the look of the black. So sleek looking. Very good quality. Definitely Well made. I am considering buying another set so I have more.

I absolutely love the color of this cutlery set. Very sleek and modern and so far, has held up in the dishwasher and through regular use. I like the size of the forks, dinner knives and the small spoon - but the big dinner spoon is HUGE. At least compared to my previous set, this thing is massive. It is also sort of shallow but that's fine. The steak knives are actually rather sharp - which is great but I was not expecting it. Every piece has good weight to it and feels substantial. My only point of critique is that the edges are blunt on the forks and spoons. There is minimal to no rounding and sanding on the edges where they were cut. They are not sharp, but it does make for a slightly less enjoyable experience, and it probably why the large spoon is more uncomfortable to eat with. This is still a pretty great starter set or an upgrade from an existing set. The polished black finish can't be beat in terms of style, and this is an excellent value.
